Ya. Sometimes director disposing doesn't mean anything bad is happening. Maybe he just need cash for liquidity. Director sold around 2.16-2.18 now everyone panic sell he buy back then can earn somemore. Bonus is definitely on the way.

From purely fundamental analysis on shares performance, I have no dispute that all calculation and numbers meeting the standard requirement as a good company for investment.

However if you are the users of its products, I afraid you will have a second thought to invest into this company, especially the big disappointment I faced on its products which were bought during the recent CNY.

Just like Proton, cheap product with compromised quality may survive for a certain period of time to certain size, but it would not grow big for long term. Quality is still the cornerstone for a success in commercial world.

This share can make you sleep soundly. If drop, you can buy more to enjoy higher DY since the divident payout is quite attrative. If price increases, then u maybe sell gradually. Good strategy of high DY stock which i learnt recently.
