It's indeed in oversold territory. I'm waiting reversal sign to go in. Oversold can be even oversold. I don't want to be trapped in sinking ship until it shows some good sign

For those interested.. current price 1.03 is below its NTA
High 1.75 , now 1.03 ...seriously cheap
Earnings should be accounted for coming Q
Boss is a genuine businessman
Yongtai is low gearing /not much borrowing, this is why I buy
Yongtai has strong brand, reputation good, n frm what i see this is a jewel for their work is excellence,one of its kind property co that is unique
Im not promoting this counter, am merely a investor .really a good chance to buy

这两个月不会到0.80 ，但是半年后会到0.60.
举个例子，ecoworld三年前发的附加股1.20, 结果股价半年前可以到0.985，同样是房地产股。

Current market cap only 0.5b but after all the pa conversion it will become 0.7b plus, with about 70m pat, forecast pe around 10. Not so great but on long term it really depends on the encore return...
