the number in revenue and profit is not the point. Just look at the trend, the price is highish around 1.4xx with all good news blah blah and then out of the blue all sorts of negative news come out with the joke of the ICPS top the list. Then price tumble like no tomorrow to 0.8xx. Not fishy ya?

ou have to see what did they do in previous yr same qtr and this qtr. property companies no easy to maintain growing revenue. in this situation they still can manage to achieve higher profit is considered good already. but the share price reflects the future. now seems like investors not looking good on their future.
Terra Project also no cancel. it is still in their plan.
