Private Placement is kind of fund raising by offering shares. Good or Bad, depends on the purposes. If fund raised meant for future development, could be positive. Anyway, it depends mostly on the sector. If it is a growing company, normally it is a positive sign.

just be patient. this is a cash rich company. market not doing good. once market recovers, this share will go back to its original price which is 0.90-1.00 range. just look the price it is trading before MCO. treat this as a safe FD. after all, this is already rock bottom

can see the buying interest is coming back slowly...once the political crisis is over, the share will pancut. Construction stocks is always tied to the projects the government rolls out. and at some point, the construction has to start again if the economy is to recover, glove or no glove...
