1 wc can now exchange for about 2 PA, and PA will not burn upon maturity if the mother share by then remains below 50 sen, further more PA entitles to 5 % dividend, do you think that it is silly to continue holding WC now ?

maturity is like many more years away..... and dividend? think in the last god-knows-how-many years, where got declare dividend...... agree with your comments regarding the conversion, but not with dividend....

You are advised to sell your OCR WC, and use the proceed to buy OCR PA and keep the balance, Since the OCR PA can act as warrant with conversion price of 45 sen , compare to WC which needs 50 sen for conversion, it is cheaper and it will not be burnt if by maturity, the mother share is below 45 sen
