STRATEGIC VALUE INVESTING (for education study)

The most important part of strategic value investing is the right timing you invest into company when its profit is about to grow in multiple... the best indicator that to be monitored is the ROE...Samchem 5147 was a good example... we noticed it in last October , its ROE was in the range of 7/8 % , its share price was at around 80/90 sen, now its ROE has grew to about 14/15 % ,its share price at about 90/95 sen after a bonus issue of 1 to 1 ..

The next company now we are closely monitoring it is OCR 7071 , the recent closing quarter has shown it has turned around to about a yearly net profit of around Rm 3.7 million , that actually give rise of its current ROE of about 4 %..with the existing on going projects, OCR is expected to generate a net profit of Rm 20/22 million for accounting year 2018 , and with anticipated 10% PP at 60 sen ,and projected 30 million of Pa conversion.. the ROE is projected to grow from current 4 % to about 14 % over next 12 months ...and its projected EPS is about 6.2 sen...

Let us monitor closely on OCR and OCR Pa share prices movement over next 12 months together....

If turnaround turn successfully, no problem for PA to br a multibaggers. by the last 4qrs, Im very impressed. 20-22mil is roughly same as my calculation.. kwap and kenanga aint buying it for no reason... rhb has covered this undervalued and humble stock. Fly is a matter of time, after all this artificial price manipulation for collection purpose.

OCR-PA alrd increased 2 cents from the lower, nice one. OCR is expected to generate a good revenue in next 2 years for sure, a few of pp1am and luxury condos on hand now.
