I heard the recent fall was due to the operator and his supporters have left for new project ( new counter), OCR is now trading under normal condition, and its price movement is purely on merit.

This counter will continue to drop everyday, until the USIM contract is signed. If by December still not signed, MoU lapsed and u will see big drop. Now, put ur bet, when will it be signed? tomorrow? 1 week? 1 month? or never sign?

We refer to the announcements made on 27 March 2017, 31 March 2017, 30 May 2017 and 11 July 2017 in relation to the Private Placement (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On 11 July 2017, the Board fixed the issue price for 8,500,000 Placement Shares at RM0.60 each. Pursuant to Paragraph 6.13 of the Listing Requirements, the payment for the said Placement Shares must be made by the placees within 5 market days from the price-fixing date (i.e., 18 July 2017). As the payment for the 8,500,000 Placement Shares has not been received as at today, the placement of 8,500,000 Placement Shares at RM0.60 each has lapsed.

Depending on the market conditions and the timing of identification of suitable placees, the Board shall re-fix the issue price for the Placement Shares in due course.

This announcement is dated 18 July 2017.
