Seacera is in the “prequalification” to these two projects. This is a good news. We cannot say it’s not approval. And seacera have confident to get these projects. We are waiting a good news to announce soonest :-)

（吉隆坡12日讯）东南亚瓷砖（SEACERA，7073，主板工业产品股）以296万令吉，收购Proligen有限公司的51%股权，将业务从产业多元化至医药领域，预计可在2016年贡献1亿2000万令吉的营业额。
双方今日签署协议，东南亚瓷砖在收购52万股后，Proligen将成为子公司，一起发展医疗产品，在马六甲兴建透析器厂房，预计明年底竣工并投入生产。
东南亚瓷砖董事经理祖卡宁在今天的签署仪式后指出：“我们在马六甲兴建国内首个聚砜透析器（polysulf one dialyser）制造厂房，每年产能达200万件。”
出席签约仪式的有卫生部副部长拿督斯里希尔米的代表依兰依德利斯、东南亚瓷砖独立非执行董事端哈基哈林、Proligen董事经理安德鲁、主席扎卡利亚、以及法国SuisseMedTechnologies公司（简称ST公司）主任乔治巴多。
Proligen是土著企业，拥有ST公司的透析器生产专利权。
祖卡宁指出，进军医药领域料能在3年内带来7500万令吉税前盈利；而厂房建设将耗资5100万美元（约2亿2510万令吉），其中80%将向银行贷款，剩余为内容融资。
他补充，在2013年，我国肾病患者人数达3万1637人，且每年以9.5%增长，促使透析器需求量不断增加。
“希望这项合作能让肾脏病人能以可负担的医疗开销，享用具有国际标准的透析器。”
目前，海外对Proligen的认购询问已达380万件，放眼能销售至中东、中国和国内市场。
该公司也将20%产品销售给国内卫生部，没有计划开放销售给私人医疗或相关机构。
3月竞标2大道工程
东南亚瓷砖持股60%的SPAZ私人有限公司，将在3月呈交白沙罗莎阿南疏散大道（DASH）和白沙罗淡江高速大道（SUKE）的竞标书，预料6月有结果。
国民投资机构（PNB）昨日通知，SPAZ已符合竞标上述两项工程配套的资格。
这两大项目分别有8个与9个工程配套；而在这当中，SPAZ公司各别符合4个DASH与一个SUKE工程配套的竞标资格。
霹雳新厂2年完工
东南亚瓷砖先前以2200万令吉，购入位于霹雳的33亩土地，计划新建面积为3万6000平方米厂房，放眼两年内完成。
“这项扩展项目耗资7500万至9000万令吉，新厂房每天的瓷质砖产能，能达1万2000平方米。”
祖卡宁说，目前产能为6000平方米，若市场需求不断增加，未来或推行多两期扩展计划，将产能提高至每日2万4000平方米。

Seems like seacera will very busy in 2016:
1) pp 10%
2) ESOS 15%
3) Expend their existing tiles factory in Kamunting (a rm77 mil loan just obtained from SME)
4) Duke project
5) Housing project in Melacca
6) Bought over 51% poligent and to invest usd 50mil for new plant (gurantee profit of total 75 mil for 3 years upon completion of the new plant - expected year 2017 onwards)
7) Porposed the electical fence (506 km) long.
