The orderbook was subscribed by by more than 1.9 times of the total number of Placement Shares available for subscription under the First Tranche.

If you look at kpprop project in old klang road you will love it. Marriott to come in, with some officr mix wirh residences, as well as a shopping areas. Old klang road dont have nice hotel. All go pearl points, or mid valley hotel. Only a small hotel like tht summit group one, wonder how it survived there. Maybe next time got pavilion hotel in bukit Jalil lah

This is better than lagenda. Kpprop is a developer have its own construction listed company Kerjaya. Their boss Mr.Tee is a very cautious and stingy person, company have a strong cash flow. Good news just came out, their financial profit grow 170% this quarter, reach Rm1.80 is just a matter of time. Hehe
