Fair value is 18 sen.

If Bentong lands and Pj Lands are developed and sold then Gsb can be rerated higher

13 sen is too little.

BUT OVER 21 SEN ALSO TOO HIGH TO CHASE.

SO MUST BUY BELOW INTRINSIC VALUE.

AT FAIR VALUE MUST SLOWLY TAKE PROFIT.

AND WHEN MARKET GONE MAD AND GORENG GANG JOINED IN?

BETTER BE CAREFUL NOT TO CHASE AND GET CARRIED AWAY.

Is datuk tee buying into gsb for its existing assets? Or will there be more & bigger property assets to be injected. Look at what happened in kerjaya few years back.

This is what I did with Offers of 13 sen by AmInvestment Bank on behalf of Kerjaya.

When I received the offer letter at 13 sen I just threw it into the dust bin. How to accept 13 sen for GSB when Gsb finally crossed 22 sen?

So when you guys receive the conditional MGO of 66 sen just throw it into the trash can.

66 sen is far too little and I think Tony knows it as well. He has to follow Bursa rules, that's all.
