Next AGM, no more esos should be allowed, because esos in Tiger is only for Tan Wei Lian and his family also one or two board of directors, not for other employees in that company.

Best news I've read in a long time about Tiger.

Finally a serious investor and white knight has emerged to TAKEOVER Tiger. Goh Mun Ching was co-founder of Old Town Coffee and having sold his PLC for RM1.47BILLION, Tiger shares is the perfect takeover target for any serious cash rich investor.

TWL and his wife and sister should be booted out from the company via AGM and investigated by SC and MACC for insider trading and manipulation of shares. They totally deserved to be punished for failing their fiduciary duties as directors of Tiger for personal gain.

Out of sudden Tan & familiy had backfilled their shares up to ~30% in 10 days time via "Business Transaction??!!" (0.10?) and ESOS (0.065), now they have control over remaining on RCN and laughign all the way to Bank. IMO Mr Goh still have some distance to go till 30% and he have helper like Michell Looi to emerge quickly. Until Mr God/Goh reach their level, these tiger have no fear in their nest for now.
