4th : right issue at high price
5th : after Right issue share confirm drop like hell

TWL still got 222 million Tiger shares to force sell out. Only hope for Tiger is for this parasite to be purged and allow Goh to take management control of Tiger. Even if this means dropping lower to 2-3 sen. TWL will be wiped out as he's 100% margin financed. Probably go bankrupt !

FROM the half year Tiger Accounts ending 31 Dec 2018, Tiger received almost Rm50Million cash from Notes and Private Placement and these funds have "disappeared" into dubious accounts like:

1. Property Development Cost +Rm12Million
2. Inventory + Rm16Million (What Inventory ??)
3. Trade Receivables + Rm 9 Million

Only about Rm8 Million (of Rm 50Million) are in FD Deposits.
For a company with so little revenue and hardly any development, the Accounts looks very "fishy".
TWL may have diverted company funds for his personal use. The substantial increase in Inventory and Trade Receivables of +Rm25Million is very serious RED FLAG to any experienced Analyst. Be aware...this guy is not only dishonest, he may be also be a corporate thief.

Dari apa yang saya baca, beritakan masalah kewangan di Seacera berpunca daripada 'Pecah amanah' pihak pengurusan atasan. Menggunakan dana syarikat untuk kepentingan peribadi. SPRM telah dimaklumkan dan siasatan telah/sedang dijalankan. Jika kewangan Tiger juga diselewengkan dan disalahgunakan oleh TWL, tiadakah sesiapa yang boleh melaporkan kepada SPRM supaya siasatan dibuat?

Good news !! TWL force sells 56Million Tiger. Now left only 165Mil. Pls continue to force sell until he's totally out and let Goh take management control. Let the price drop some more. Goh, being the largest shareholder with 288Mil or 23% shares, cannot control Tiger IF TWL and persons acting in concert (PAIC) have more shares than Goh. You can only absolutely control a PLC with more than 50% of the shares. Obviously before this, TWL + PAIC had more controlling shares than Goh. The good thing is that Goh is still buying whereas TWL is still force selling. Hopefully, TWL will be forced out as he is highly geared with margin financing. Every time price drop, he will need to force sell his shares until he loses control of Tiger. Therefore, Tiger needs to drop more until he has no more Tiger shares. Goh is someone who's managed and sold out a billion dollar company to benefit all the Old Town shareholders. He will make Tiger roar again.

Keep the pressure ON UNTIL TWL is bankrupt and totally out of TIGER.

Maybe is a story about TWL and his holding two company seacera and tiger. First TWL want to control seacera so he maybe buy seacera share with margin, but seacare drop so much and tiger been attacked too. Then maybe both stocks drop until margin call make him need to sale seacare and tiger share until margin safe level.
