At last count yesterday, number of shares TWL and family hold is 224 million shares and Goh/ Safari is 320 million shares. The rest is you and me. Every vote counts. Unless you all are happy to let TWL do more damage to your shares. I am going and vote.

hopefully during the EGM there will be enough votes to kick out all the BOD..we need a change of management..a lot of this tiger synergy sub company have also been blacklisted by the govt from getting construction deals..

there should also be calls to review the sudden resignation of the company’s auditor - UHY on Sep 11, 2019 without reasons given - probable red flags include unexplained upward adjustment of
RM32million to land held. but this vote requires the cooperation of all tiger synergy shareholders

see, even some of the subsidiary company of tiger synergy has been blacklisted by the govt..imagine, the company is incorporated in '94, but they only managed to complete 1 housing project (but upon checking its under a diff developer & owner)

When you see a counter like to issue PP, you must be alerted and dump out all your holding and shift counter. Issue PP sure they want to sell in open market for cash, all this pp shares is issued to proxy name only. Normally all pp shares slightly lower by 5% from market price which is their profit !! I have seen clearly so many pp share issued lower n lower like PUC.DBE,NETX,Tiger etc etc so many until cant remember .....,.

What happens today is as what I have predicted 2 mths ago. Mr Goh lost terribly due to wrong strategy & slow in action providing ample time for the Tan Family to recuperate & garnered votes >64%. Even if 100% shareholders turn up for the EGM also useless. Today's trades reflects Mr Goh conducting a sell-off aldy.
