all the goreng stock got 1 common, their financial are very bad. debt alot and look like going to bankrupt. But for tiger synergy u can't see those thing. This company not lag of money. That y it can't move. Below are some of the basic financial report about tiger synergy:

Property development costs (land) worth RM 111,106,000
Trade Receivables (similler with people pay by credit card. was pad but just not yet received the real amout ) worth RM 4,532,000
Other Receivables, Deposits and Prepayments (something like Fix Deposits) worth RM 3,703,000
Cash and Bank Balances (like your saving account, for withdrawal / save money) worth RM 13,720,000

Borrowing (loand from bank) ONLY RM 4,604,000

from the financial statement (29 AUG 2014), this company - Tiger synergy is quite rich.

This company may not have a strong balance sheet but has a quite clean balance sheet. So it can become a takeover target like Focal Aim Holdings Bhd (now EcoWorld). So, just pray hard that some prominent corporate figure will set sight on this weak smallish company.....:-)

In my opinion, 16sen is the nearest tp now....... after tat will take sometime, n go to next tp 17sen..... then soon will be 19sen n so on........

Case Study for Tigers

Look in the case of PERDANA, after Dayang buy some % of it @ 1.60 range,
within 2 weeks, PERDANA down 20% to 1.30 range.
Should DAYANG eat all 1.30~1.60 range up?

Look in the case of THHEAVY, after private placement 5% of issued shares,
to MARA @ 80 sen, it downed 37% to 51 sen range.
Should MARA eat all 51 sen up to 80 sen?
