Yes sir, moneyearner32, very sure. This project very near to my place. Fully done up, with full occupancy. GDV about 70m . Profit about 15m.

Coming project is the Telaris Alam Impian , prime freehold land very near to KESAS HIGHWAY. Launching this year.

Tiger is very prudent. Borrowings very low. Projects , all in prime freehold land eg Telaris, Serdang, Cheras and Gombak

B4b4 -- the proof is in the pudding!!! You have been telling us same old same old facts. I like to believe you but the indicators and trend movement with TA begs to differ. When it turns out differently you can only say sorry which is meaningless when many here in the forum lost all their savings. I hear rumours on Tiger but cud not really ascertain it but my primary focus is did Tiger take up the Government PR1MA and if tbey do then it is something that is most welcome stock to consider investing. Can you verify this??

Go to the site and check it out. I have been with Tiger since early 2016. This stock is a prudent one. They do not simply spent money.

Qtr results will be out b4 ,31st May. Should be good results based on my calculations only on Bukit Sri Putra project which is completed and full occupancy.

One good project like Bukit Sri Putra is enough to put Tiger in a strong footing. Another project otw ie Telaris Alam Impian , even better than this one because of its excellent LOCATION
