Total GDV RM 2 Billions for 9 projects). So far got 2 big projects. One is MoA with Prosma for Telaris Gombak project (GDV RM 100m in 3 years-Official Agreement within ???) & second is MoU with Terasia (GDV RM 80m in 3 years - Official Agreement within 6 months). Both of the big projects still under discussion. Not in official agreement yet. So got another 7 projects not announce yet. The project at Telaris Alam Impian, Shah Alam still delayed. This stock very suitable for mid to long term investment. Same as KGROUP..

char1234.. Depends to the shark, operator & master. I already top up when its go down to 6 cents last week & will top up more today for my mid term investment. My opinion this stock not suitable for contra or daily profit because they sell nothing yet. Only MoA & MoU. Anything can happen. Cancel or delay is possible like Telaris Alam Impian, Shah Alam but when official agreement is signing, then I very2 believe this stock will go up to 20-25 cents.

Just now I called the HQ and sales office, they told me the MoU & MoA official agreement by 3rd August 2017 (30 days from announcement) & they will launch Telaris Alam Impian, Shah Alam by end of this year. Telaris Alam Impian, Shah Alam is a township. Meanwhile Terasia project is a condominium also in Telaris Alam Impian, Shah Alam will be launch next year. Telaris Gombak will be sell by Prosma are in Greenwood, Gombak.

The big project is Telaris Alam Impian, Shah Alam & Terasia Condominum in Alam Impian, Shah Alam. The Telaris Gombak is a small project. So by logically this coming 4th QR 2017 & 1st QR 2018 will be nothing to excited for. We will get a good news by 2nd QR 2018 around end of February 2018. This is a long way to go. If anyone hope this stock will be bullish or moving up 1 or 2 cents in a few days or weeks, lets pray this 4th QR they gain very2 good profit..
