Ya I noticed the 10m shares traded last min at 8 cent...Hopefully it is a positive sign...but tiger does stable at 0.075 to 0.08..that is great..

I think if u check the record. One will definitely note that tan family has been buying and selling their shares very frequently..it is like a patern..regardless the quarter result is good or bad...it is unpredictable like sell at lower price but buy back the next day at higher price..sometimes just few thousand shares but sometimes millions..not sure what is their intention but the unusual trade seems to form a pattern for the past 2 years..

So I doubt it is because the coming quarter is bad although it may be bad...one will notice sometimes tan family also buy back a lot..

And lately the volume is so high..they could have offloaded if they want to knowing that the result is bad. There is no reason for them to wait. In fact longer they wait, they may risk that not as many buyers to eat up their shares..

Of course. At the end only tan family and God know why they keep buying and selling...

Dato Tan is a great manipulator , buy high sell low, vice versa, sometimes buy n sell at same price etc. For newbies, will be frighten to buy in such scenario but not for experience players .

Yes, hold , do not sell. The unbilled revenue as it is now is about 154m in land development cost. Imagine if these were all converted to revenue then the profit will be trenendous.

Downside is limited, if let say now price is 0.300, then chasing is high risk. But now it a good price to hold and see for longer term. I believe if not short term selling pressure, price shall move even faster.

char1234, the handover of the Bukit Sri Putra was in year 2016. Now this project in Sg Buluh is all sold out with occupancy. This project completed in year end 2015. 170 units of 3 storey link houses estimated 75m - 85m GDV.

Buy buy buy guys, unbilled revenue is now at 152m, onces these revenue comes in, the profit will shoot up. Furthermore, Tiger has very very small debts only 3.2m for short term borrowings.
