mtouche（RI, RM0.10) now RM0.075 , PNE ( 22mil, RM1.22, before split) now RM0.095)--- no sell yet (registered paper huge loss).

Penny stocks love to raise funds via pp/RI (and bursa simply allow them do it), then use that $ buy others penny stocks at high price from "someone/particular groups, then sell at low price, hence report huge loss. That particular groups earned huge profit.. u can illustrate that they are transferring big $ "legally" from retailers via pp/RI to particular person's pocket.

after pp/RI, that penny stocks will drop far below than RI/PP's price (some even half).. price cornered at that price for a period, they may do consolidation if shares too large.. after consol, then drop back again to square one.. double kills... (sanichi as an example)

the fund raised, mostly used to "invest" in rubbish companies (technically, transfer fund to other's pockets) .. instead of used to invest in new business (glove/medical equipments...) as what they said..
