: The ICPS may be converted into new Shares at the Conversion

Looking at the conversion price, the higher the mother share price, the higher PERMAJU-PA price will go simply because I can opt for PA plus cash of 20.0 sen. For example, if mother price 29.0 sen, the PA is thoeritically 9.0 sen.
