Now, how much is MLAB-WC worth in future when listed? If MLAB stays @ 0.19, without giving any premium, with the exercise price of 9 sen, the MLAB-WC is worth 10.0 sen!!! So how much shall OR be valued? Do your own calculation!!! For me, what will be the attractive value for OR ? My take is : 0.5 - 5.0 sen superb attractive, 5.0 - 8.0 sen, very attractive, 8.5 - 10.0 sen still attractive, 10.5 - 15.5 fairly valued in accordance with mother share performance the next few days. PrinceofIpoh: You need to subscribe 12 Rights to get 7 Warrant, not 14. In other words, for every OR you have, by paying 9.0 sen the subscription cost, you will get 1 mother share and 7/12 unit of warrant, ie. for every 1000 OR, you pay RM90, then will end up with 1000 MLAB and 583 MLAB-WC.

Some mathematics…….

Today Closed @ 0.24, so tomorrow’s reference price or so called ex price will be just 10.0 sen. The calculation is as follow:

(0.24*2 + 0.09*12 + 0.09*7)/21 = 0.1043

For share price below RM1.00, every bid is 0.5 sen or RM0.005, so it will be fixed at RM0.10 as reference price tomorrow.

So not 11.0 sen or 12.0 sen, just 10.0 sen. BUT no worry, a lot of people will be very very happy to see if sell bid at 10.0 sen, I will be the first one to jump in!!!

At this juncture, only 125 mil shares in market, can easily push it up to at least 15.0 sen! Furthermore, rights px 9.0 sen, it has to be attractive enough to encourage/entice people to subscribe the rights. 15.0 sen or 20.0 sen ??? Do guess, haha …. (BTW, Mr. Tan’s group of companies : XOX, DGB, FINTEC, NETX are all UP! Today)

For OR listing on 16/11, how much it worth? IF closing on Friday is 15.0 sen, then theoretically :

(0.15-0.09)+ 7/12*(0.15-0.09)= 0.095


Just be little conservative, says it closes on Friday @ 13.0 sen, then for OR reference price on Monday it will be :

(0.13-0.09) + 7/12*(0.13-0.09) = 0.0633, but only considered as 0.06 here.

Came to know a group of speculators over the weekend. After some conversation, I am convinced that this counter MLAB is a hidden gem for weeks to come and it is only for those who are good at this kind of corporate exercise, they mentioned some counters like ICON, VIVOCOM (the most recent one), even they made money from NETX rights! On MLAB, they hinted me on number of shares issued, the ratio of rights and warrants, and also Market cap now and after ex rights, now only RM27.0! Well, I have done my calculation!!!

Time to buy big as BUDGET approaching, to be benefited from it as a proxy counter to Sarawak developments.

My cost price for 4000 lots I am holding now is only 25.5 sen and I intend to subscribe the rights, why should I sell the PR if 0.5 sen only!

For the ICPS rights, it involves mother share price adjustment on Monday, the reference price is 27.0 sen, but no worry, that's no extra mother shares in the market, still the same 196Mil. imagine, volume traded on last Tuesday was also 195mil, and UP 8.0 sen, its a matter of market force. So on Monday, the price might just goes back to above 30.0 sen and you guys get 5 free PR for every share you hold before ex. My optimistic mind tell me that IF the mother trades above 30.0 sen, then when PR listed on 15/07, theoretically it worth 2 sen, but IF the market managed to push the mother share up to 35.0 sen (recent high) by month end, then PR worth 4.0 sen. Wow..it is 55 sen cum ex price. Cheers. .

angelo & deskfyong : Fake news or not, not important in this case as the saying goes ....BUY ON RUMORS SELL ON FACT, it's better that it remains as rumors, the way I look at it is that the 'people' behind ANZO is now 'taking care of' PERMAJU, that's why such news come out, and play it up and up until 10 Aug, the last day for rights subscription and maybe after that too, just like the case of VSOLAR.

Years back, RHB, HL and Kenanga promoted this counter by giving target price of above RM2.00!!! That time gold price was only less than 1400, now 1800. Gold price up but share price down, what a shame!!! Worse still, the guy promoted the counter made a lot of money but those enticed by him still keeping the shares!!! Crying without anymore tears!

This is a good price to go in and wait for ex date, after ex-date, it will start to move up for a simple reason that I can't reveal it here yet.
