Scenery. The owner came up with this P shares so the rights issues at that time will not dilute the shares. Very smart moves to convince small timers. But once P shares converted won't the mother shares diluted?

Anyway got many years of bad experience with this money losing shares. The father took all the cash and the company is kosong other wise won't ask free interest money from you. Bank wo nt risk lending them.

Money losing every QR. Why buy?

no one knows for certain the direction of a stock price. else everyone will be rich. without knowing the company's nature of business and future plans you are just a speculator/gambler in stock.

Money from conversion straight reports in Bursa when they announced shares conversion listed, go and check it out. There is no such thing as dilute when they get more money.

when you convert you send the money together to the company, it go direct to their bank. I think you dont know what is floating, what is dilute.

Company add another 10 million to cash in hand.

As at 25/9/20, total collected from PA conversion > 53 million

Cash rich company. Just hope cash not abused or siphoned out by directors.

PA conversion will stop for now coz will lose money at current prices. Prices will stabilize for some time to absorb weak sellers and will go higher again after this.
