Based on latest Quarterly report for Pharma: 1) Supplying 10mil shots of sinovac (we know govt of selangor selling at RM380 per shot to companies so imagine revenue for pharma will increase by RM3800mil (RM3.8billion) 2) Profit : Sinovac at most cost USD14/shot (RM120 for 2 shots) but Selangor sell for Rm380 for 2 shot and claim is their cost price? meaning pharmaniaga charge Rm380???? Like that profit is almost 68%. Say we take conservative profit estimate of 50% the initial 10 million shots of sinovac will boost profit of RM1.9billion? Dont you think will certainly boost share price so long as got demand on vaccine 3)Some more ramping up of 2mil to 4mil doses a month under National Pharmaceutical Regulation Agency 4) Potential new business in Halal Vaccine Project expected in 2024.

If back of envolope calculation of RM1.9billion/261million shares the NPV = +RM7.26

Wouldnt the share price increase by at least RM7? Please let me know if correct?

Abba84, 4bonus share for every share, paper value will Not lost, the stock will be more affordable in price & better liquidity, you will have more unit in ur hand, those are ur bonus, u do whatever u want with the extra stock, whether u wana wait for future dividen or sell it later, u will get more dividen as u have more unit on hand. what do u think those board & insider wana do bonus share now? who are having more dividen if the company announce a big profit later? it is easy for them to goreng too because the price per lot is lower after the bonus share.

Malaysia private sector and state government - 10mils doses profits rm 50mils (estimated rm5 per doses)

Q3 additional rm62mils = 23c eps? Sui boh...

So,
Q1 8c
Q2 8c
Q3 8+ 23=31c
Q4 31c

Total = 78c

Pe10 : rm7. 8!!!

2020 Pharma is in negative margin people chase the price to Mars, now the company start making solid money base on 7.94ROIC, & soon be repeated profit for years to come, as vaccine might b a new norma in future, pple dabau wana sell because being lock at top previously, stay cool laaa brother, u going to miss out the party soon, try remember what reason u buy previously, if the reason is still there, u r not too late for the party. Now the Turnover & Volume is only aprox 2.5% daily, still far from the heat, lastime when it top RM6.5, the Turnover & Volume is 17%, so expecting more volume up from tomoro onward as all the busy body lock in the house only to trade, few days later Pharma will be a little sugar of Ex-Dividen, later 16June the company will have EGM to approve the 4 bonus share for each share soon, the momentum will be keeping up for a little while..
