The quarterly result is far below Q4 of previous year.
1. Profit before tax of Malaysia+Vietnam business has dropped 4.8m (-18.5%)
2. The one off gain impairment recovery and insurance compensation(8.52m) was actually reported in Q2 2018 hence this item should not be taken into consideration when comparing Q4 2019 and Q4 2018 result

well, PohHuat full year results meet my estimates.

dividend slightly lower by 1sen.



Fabien "The Efficient Capital Allocater" 22sen is achievable. i believe Pohuat is able to pay out 8 sen dividend, similar to 2 years ago.

at 10x PE which is not excessive given its net cash position and growth rate, we should be looking at 2.20

Given the recent strengthening of Ringgit, better stay away the export counters. As for PH-WB, I have cut loss due to tangan gatar on expectation of excellent results at year end. Anyway, no more surprises other then normal dividend moving forward.
the warrants should trade 2 sen discount again the mother share as the company already announce to give 2 sen dividend. And, if you include the brokerage fee and all other fees, the 2 sen different also not worth to convert....should sell off warrants and buy mother share. it is easier n more efficient. I also never convert warrants before. Any of you guys here did it ? How to do ?
