i choose Pohuat,not becoz Hevea not good~
As u noe Hevea mostly export to Japan,
n Japan gov like wanna increase their import Tax.
This will got some effect to Hevea q report.My guess...

来个闲聊吧！

基本面强，品质好，赚幅率比去年2014来得高，
才会支掌家具股如HEVEA，EVEGREEN， POHUAT等等才会保持继续上扬。
除了美元走强之外，另一个原因之一就是欧美房市复苏。
（现在还保持这个好趋势！）


木材或家具股PE介于8至19。合理PE为15左右。
记住，PE超过20的话，估值就可能高了。
（在这里，PE不是唯一的估值方法for 家具股，
而且我们得看看全年2015净利vs 2014总净利，才来得更加实际！）

油价突然间失守跌破40美元大关！根据IEA：油价低迷至明年底。
接纳印尼回归OPEC，产量大增至120万桶，飚至4亿8940桶！
分析员们一致看淡接下来油价走势。

马币贬值只用了大约2-4星期时间从RM3.25 一直到RM4.00 ++++。
马币想要走强（回到RM3.25 水平），
除非美国不再自己生产油，改向出产油的中东国家买。
有这个可能吗？（还没计算其他因素呢）
更何况如今美国正朝向经济复苏，肯自己停止生产油？

您是否晓得每桶成本（Cost Per Barrel）多少吗？
好的，就算国际油价跌到USD20，出产油国家都是在赚着钱的。
（真的是要减产的话，以目前的产量过多来看，油价也不见的起很多。）

所以，Cost Per Barrel 是非常的低。当作每桶成本低于USD10，
假设国际油价跌至USD 20， 产油国都是在每桶净赚至少100%! (1倍)
目前USD40，每桶都赚400% (4 倍）
话说回来，油价越低，马币呢？可想而知。
(还没计算美国升息呢！)

POHUAT的出口主要是到北美洲 (美国与加拿大），
占了约75%, 欧洲与其他亚洲国家占了8%左右。

POHUAT ‘s PE 很低才10.56,
(相当地低，合理PE为：15左右)

PE 至少来到12至12.5
目前PE :10.56,价是 rm1.74.

Target PE: 12, 股价为rm1.97
Target PE: 12.5 , 股价为rm2.06
Target PE：13，股价rm2.14
Target PE：14，股价rm2.31
Target PE：15，股价rm2.47（共参考）

注意：POHUAT’s Upside + 41.95% from current price rm1.74!

POHUAT’s 2014年总净利达rm23,803,000
预料它的4th 净利达rm14,140,000
Fy2015 的总净利可达rm37,475,000
所以我们可以预测赚副率料57.44%.


Note:
来到年尾, 我们不是只当当留意4th 业绩如何，
反而，得Relook back over all from 1st to 4th Fy 2015 的净利 compared to
全年总净利Fy2014 。

看看POHUAT， HEVEA 和EVERGREEN’s EPS 的2015 vs 2014比较：
(注：还没有计算第四季报的EPS)

1. Pohuat 的EPS in Fy2014 是11.95 cent
2015目前为止EPS 是21.86
进步了82.93%

2. Hevea 的EPS in Fy2014 是31.81 cent
2015目前为止EPS 则是34.50 cent
进步8.46%

3. Evergreen 的EPS in Fy2014 是负-2.77cent
2015目前为止EPS 已来到13.94 cent
进步了503.25%

Pohuat-wb is undervalued now. When directors are done selling the warrants, the warrants will go back up to 20% premium.

Just want to ask why the director always disposing their warrant and keep acquire the mother share

Hi nskim0909, I have the same question as well.

I foresee that the company may give high or special dividend in this coming quarter to reward the shareholder. Warrant is not entitled for any dividend, hence it make sense that director dispose warrant and buy share instead.

Just my personal opinion, no way to verify it, unless Mr Lim and Mr Tay are here! =)

Another reason will be to push the mother price higher then only the son will follow suit and close the premium gap btw both two. Like in Hevea.
