The Homeriz recent Q4 earnings up 28 % is an indication that furniture shares should do well in their earnings. So I agree with CP Tan that Pohuat's Dec result should be great. Some more the director has accumulated the shares from the open market is a good sign.

beware!!! poh huat n latitud had lost a lot of orders to china manufacturers such as Glory Oceanic and Shing Mark in Vietnam. if not bcoz of weak RM strong USD, both poh huat n latitud results will drop.

both are large manufacturer from china n they hv better mgt and production team and bigger resources compared to poh huat and latitud.

China definitely have big factory but they target back to China market not like Pohuat and Latitute more to US and Europe.

catalist, i dont think mr google know better than the major shareholder of the company. The managing director has continously purchased the company stock from the open market, which indicate a strong confident over the coming result.

If you are the managing director, will you buy more shares if the result going to be bad?

sure can, china have not advantage in furniture the don't have raw material like timber or rubber wood in Malaysia and Vietnam

normally this q is stronger quarter, the shipment for Chirstmas and News year sales in US and EU. the shipment period need three month to arrive in US and EU market.

China manufacturers setting bigger and more factories in VIETNAM la..... please read my posting properly.
Those new big factories built by China manufacturers will compete for orders, management staffs, workers and resources.
many manufacturers already like Poh huat and latitude already affected by such giant factories in VIETNAM.

Please beware of conman and other speculators like Activetrader who wanted to fool people.

4 times goods in factory been destroyed by fire in 6 years already tell you something about such company. why latitud has no single fire incident in 15years and poh huat had 4 in 6 years????
