ROYCE PHARMA是於2004年成立的公司，在森美兰州汝来有间制药工厂。

消息指出，除了第一阶段的30%股权，大稳也准备在下一个阶段买进更多股权，这要看ROYCE PHARMA原有股东是否愿意释出更多股权。

ROYCE PHARMA目前生产及销售超过100种药物，全年产能可生产22亿粒药片、1680亿粒药囊、4亿2000万瓶液状药，以及12万5000公斤药膏。

I got burned couple of times by Tawin and all I can say is never ever believe in what the management has to say about their company's future progression. Pure lies to help propped their share prices in the open market. This counter is the most heavily manipulated counter. The moment when people float lesser, the share price sky rocket with zero substance to support its share price valuation. Really absurb. New investors, please read well into their fundamentals before investing in this counter. I have no ill intention just sharing what I experienced beforehand in this counter, thank you.
