Ular now mau cerita if taikor at 10sen. Ini macam Tan Sri take private taikor saham yang Tan Sri takda own one. Kira kira Tan Sri and famili ada 36% taikor saham. So 64% belum kira Tan Sri punya kawan kawan ally ally dia punya driver dia punya gardener dll lah pun ada lebih kurang 10% ingat ada lah. Then tinggal 54%. Then min to delist taikor from bursa ingat pun 90% only. So tinggal 44% yang di tangan orang. So. 8.2bil x 44% x 10sen. Tan Sri only need to pay rm361 juta to take taikor private leh. Ini macam Tan sri dapat Taikor FOC lah. Taikor kasi Tan Sri 2 bil dividend. After beli saham 150mil tinggal 1 bil lebih. Then use 360mil to take taikor private. You ingat ini macam shareholder agree it not. Correct?

Most people are still sleeping, we are 2.5 weeks from Kossan Qr( 27July) results then Harta ( 3Aug)..
Results are Bad, current price already factor-in but TG is just being drag down by these weak sentiment
