I would suggest you to read their past 10yrs profit & loss statement instead of the past two years and understand their businesses before buying. happy investing.

keep calm, business got up and down...as long as got profit and giving out dividend is good especially in this bad times. If u check, most of the companies are having declined qr profits. Furthermore, century is giving out 47.6% of its earnings in this tough times is reasonable. Once the multi warehouse completed, rental will add into revenue and positive business synergy with CJ korea will boom. I believe Century's target to become 500mil market cap company will still intact.
