Latest report the MD controls abt 9% .I was wondering why no unfriendly syndicates notice this hidden gem. This counter could be a Greenmail target. The warrent expires in abt 4 months time. If the mother share never move, All warrent holders will be badly burn.I pity the warrent holders.

Very FUNNY ! AGM which is schedule at 2pm on 15 Dec 2015. but outcome of the meeting was announced to Bursa (Company Announcement) at 2pm of the same by the Board of Directors.

Because the market is inefficient, that is the reason we must at least 3 yrs of holding power from now onward in order to beat the syndicates. Just buy n lock up ,then concentrate on your work. I like this counter cos I have been monitor from last yr., most of the counter moved except this one. This counter has wide margin of safety .I am just waiting patiently for some rich tycoon to take over or greenmail to happen since the MD only hold abt 9%.

it was mentioned in the annual statement late last year before they embark on these exercises and expected to complete it in 2015. if I was not mistaken the md or chairman statements.

Related company like Evergreen can move above Rm 2 , this counter should not be a problem to move soon. Remember, it acquired Beta Bumi forestry land last year which is 26,000 HA. Vast land . Thus no problem of getting timber for producing timber product. Huge potential growth company if I am not wrong.

expected to be completed. I dont think they have completed everything as they could issue shares worth RM 50 mill which comes up to 500 mill shares(duration 36 months from 1st issue), duration wise they can continue to issue till 2nd Sept 2016. Looked back at their announcement, i think total shareholdings if they issue all the shares would be 751 million shares. I think they still got 200 mill to go...
