Recently kpower want PP up to 100m
Total share now is 452m
Maximum PP only can made 20% of total shares
Equal to 90.4m
To get 100m fund. (100m/90.4m=1.12)
Mean the price should not lower than 1.12.
If not PP will can't get 100m.
Hv my scenario made sense?

Lol based on current price, the private placement shares might go up to around 20% and heavily dilute the EPS. Additionally, the crazy increase in profit will not be easy to sustain. What if the profit growth slow down or even drop in next few quarters ? What if the private placement holder do not want subscribe the PP since now they can bought in with lower price?

Company is good but the forward valuation is too high
