Maxtrader, KPOWER had nothing to do with Serba, but the method of getting the projects is similar to Serba.

Notice that Serba started to get many large projects during 2020 and pandemic period. Likewise SCIB and KPOWER, similar shareholder with influence.

Though I hope it is not.

I was a very strong supporter of Kpower prior to Serba's account issue, you can see my previous comments, as look from the fundamental point of view and their earning power, this is absolutely a superb counter. But when I see the way "they" handle the case of Serba, especially to propose the change to the auditor, I am very disappointed and this is definitely not an example of Good Governance. A company's future is laid on three principles, the first is the Right business model, the second is Good management, third is profitability. But if you do not have a reliable and accountable team, you may perform well for a short time, but surely not the long-term player. Whether you like it or not, Serba's case will have a great impact on this counter. Hopefully, Kpower quickly takes the lesson from Serba and regain the confidence of investors.
