When u read the annoucement " ...suspended until further notice " means the issue maybe cant be solved in short term based on previous history or worst case delisting is the only way .

Can't understand the collateral damage to K Power share price. Will just buy on dips. Big solar project sign with TNB on Aug 2021. 95% own by K Power. Report by RHB on March 2021 call for BUY at $2.22 with TP of $3.12.
AmInvest call hold at $2.22 with TP $2.31 also on 15 March 2021.
Rakuten call BUY on 6 Oct 2021 with TP of $1.28

其实如果uncertainty, 有票的丢票会比较好，拜五午市已经看得到很多人都先丢票了。如果报告好的话，再买回也不迟。不过隔壁那个被停止交易，我不觉得是因为不立刻出报告而导致的。如果我没记错，一个董事如果要交易必须先报告给bursa说有intention to deal。可是某人没有，就直接卖儿子买妈妈，这样其实已经触犯了某条例，可不是小事。
更离谱的是价钱早市就按下来，这样对投资者是很不公平的。

Kpower虽然audit过关，但如果隔壁出事，价钱真的会一直跌，跌到一个低点，到时再买回其实也不会太迟的。

如果我没记错, Kpower的散户% 很高一下，所以股价的波动肯定很大。散户往往是什么都不知情的，所以如果隔壁一直不出报告，这个股只会一直下跌，因为散户基本会选择先卖，至少你可以保留你的资金。

Update是10月21号才拿到，不是外面疯传9月30号就知道但不要不公布那个假消息。理应最快22号下午可以公布了，可能早盘卡林买了一百万股就trigger到了bursa，应该就是这个原因而被停止交易。
如果要出报告才可以交易，理应拜五早上就直接被停了。不过现在真的变成出了报告才可以交易了。
所以很大可能星期一就会公布了，希望是下午就公布，午盘恢复交易，不然那些玩contra的真的很可怜。哈哈

Chyeoh1972, 那两个之前已经一直泄下来了不过也没有limit down过。大户应该不会那么容易中margin，散户很多也是有赌的心态，有人买有人卖，正常现象。
不过看看有没有人在低价位大量扫票，可以大概猜到隔壁的报告，不过庄家不会那么容易放过这个机会，毕竟庄家肯定有在里面，没票的不要傻傻去接票，等报告出了才考虑要不要进也不会迟的。

不可能。星期二一定要出sir。不然的话会一直停牌对karim是坏事来的啦。其实停牌是好事来的不然酱多内幕交易对散户不利。现在可好了，好坏星期二就知道了。好的话星期三买也不迟，但是买不买到就很难说了，因为一定会涨停板的。相反的如果sir报告出来后有假账就不妙了，分分钟会来个跌停板。 如果真有假账就别在留恋了，一定要卖出！！！

Jenny, 星期一肯定会出了的，他们要买卖都不能了。
（如果星期五真的是压下来买，那他应该至少要被对付才合理）
Kpower有票在手的，如果看到不对路卖掉比较好 ，但如果涨就自己看啦，卖了再买回其实也不迟的，尤其是高价买的。不过我觉得应该不会涨停板，低价很多人套利的。
现在最可怜的隔壁serba玩contra的，假设真的不继续交易，他们要怎么办？

Kfbusjd, 个人看法啦，是我的话，如果本钱在10楼以上的就会先卖完，如果真的没事了，之前卖一张，就买回两三张，开市快快买。这样或许可以拉低很多原本的本钱。若有事的话，你就少亏很多了。

Kpower audited report都出了，的确没问题，只是project没有如期拿到2b，所以接下来的增长很重要。
至于隔壁的sir，我觉得还是50/50，没什么人知道消息那种，不然scib也不会在拜五早上起，这两个股价若拜一还是跌，也只是市场在还没有答案之前先离场，如果你看回星期五kpower的transaction, 超过100k股的transaction也不多，可以猜测没什么大户抛售，不然不会只跌几分。
Serba的transaction 买的都有差不多45%，不像是知道不好消息狂抛售那种情况。
如果不是午盘停止交易，我觉得可能还会被某人推上来，不过这已经触犯了交易的某条例。
星期一要到了，到时就知道结果了。祝有票的好运。

Yu_and_mee, 我也认同你的看法，有贵票在手的，其实我个人觉得先离场会比较好，报告没事也是可以买回的啊。
目前kpower手头上的合约，有不少是和政府有关，当然很多都是ohp那边得到然后转颁给kpower。
（这种作法在我国/中东其实不出奇）
所以接下来的两三个业绩很重要。如果现金流有好转，应收债和务在健康水平，那再来选择要不要投资也不迟。

这次serba事件，肯定不是最后一次，接下来可能也会有其他公司中的，所以买股都是有风险，说不定你看起来稳定安全的公司突然变下一个serba。

最重要有自己的资金管理，若你真的亏很多在这个股，就计算你亏了以后，能不能等？这笔钱会不会随时要用到，如果能等，那可以保留。
我相信这次serba事件会让很多auditor更严格，而kpower肯定会更加注意他们的资金风险管理，避免被人质疑。
