Sifu dreaming for 60c hahahaha. New shares coming at the so called expected share price of 49c lolzzzz. Might end up issuing new shares at around 20 - 30c only wait and watch tomorrow crash into 40s

Current NOSH is 543m shares. Acquisition at $130m to be paid by $20m cash and $110m by share issue of $0.49. Total no of shares issue is about 225m shares. New total shares after completion is 768m shares. The vendor of One River Power Sdn Bhd will get 20m cash + 29.41% of the enlarged KPower share capital. This 29.1% shareholding is basically the largest block. Kind of a reverse takeover.

I was hoping somebody buy over KPower in its current state. That would probably be at something close to RM$1 per share. With this corporate move, the chance of someone buying over KPower is gone. Cannot trade now
