wow did u guys read the annual report published..... auditors gave it a thumb-down, looks like possible inter-company related party money changing hands..... where everyone benefit at the expense of shareholders.... looks like revenues from 2021 onwards mostly sham.... once the directors forced selling complete, directors will easily wash their hands off ...... haishhh, caution pls stay away

Auditor DID NOT give thumb down. Auditor draw concern over the past receivables, contract and payables in year 2019 till 2022. The SIR conducted as recommended by Auditors, CERTIFIED AND VERIFY the genuine contracts on the hydroplants. private placement for ECRL already fully utilised. The Edge, dated 26 Dec 2023, stated clearly, KPOWER mentioned the EPCC contracts which the relevant “project owner”( siapa lagi) had yet to obtain financial close, or pending disbursement from the Financiers. Who are the “Project Owner?”
Also, in the article written., “the contracts that are being impaired are related to the company’s existing as well as former shareholders”- Who is the former shareholder?

So when Karim left KPOWER, could he be the one who is the “project owner”?

A positive 31-12-2023 qtr of RM1 means a fantastic turnaround of at least 10000+ +% against 30-09-2-23 loss of RM122 million…..

KUALA LUMPUR (July 19): Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd has secured an engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) contract to build two hydro power plants in Laos, which will have the capacity to generate 30 megawatt (MW) of electricity for US$66.2 million, equivalent to RM268.8 million.

Serba Dinamik said the contract was awarded by Nam Taep 1,2,3 Hydropower Co Ltd to its wholly-owned subsidiary Serba Dinamik International Ltd, which is valid throughout the next 43 months or 3.6 years.
