I remember I attended a webinar last December and the speaker recommended that this counter has the potential to go up this year as many projects has resumed. The next day, this counter went up and for the next 6 days, it hit 1.60 high. After that, it keeps sliding down. Many got trapped I supposed.

Never ever buy recommended stocks. The speaker could have bought it early November and need a little push before selling off his holdings to innocent retailers. I think he could be quietly accumulating now. Same fate will happen to KPS soon.
