Then request shareholder to finance them? Yet with the highly fluctuating preference share with no written commitment from shareholder to not convert via 1share +$$$mode?
I never thought the big fat come out with such a stupid multilpe proposal!!! and only after very thourough check on every projects link to psiptek and chin..i found something not so right.
we shall form a group to reject the proposal by the big fat....the drop could be due to some 30 largest shareholders selling (those less than 5% for more than 1% / operators wash plate....daily turnover too high....
indeed psiptek having follownig issues:- (1) cash flow (negative), therefore, brought in ARBB to help complete part of the ttdi sentralis (2) margin (construction margin could be too low) (3) receivable too high (especially amount owing from contract customers), wondering which one owe them so much!!! if those customer(s) with low margin yet drag to pay, for what reason went for the tender earlier?...(per multiple proposal doc, their borrowing cost was high i.e. 7.75%-7.95%, and interest cost alone oredi 7.65mil/yr (see QTR cash flow) (4) in multiple proposal only have 1 new project which is the batu feringghi hotel with service apartment....gross development profit over 2 years period of 15million (gp of 13%), or annual profit of 7.5million before fixed overheads....

Foo actually sold of his share to DL @ 0.145!!...thought NTA was 0.55/share (as at 30/6/2019), I believe the cheap sales was due to some balance sheet issue i.e. quality of receivables which we dunnno!!!....anyway, the multiple proposal is not yet a success guarantee...its oredi announced for exactly a month but yet to make any subsequent announcement on submission to sc for perusal and approval....
and we have to ask 老板,his mutiple proposal logic?....the batu feringgi project 2 years gp 15mio before overhead..after overhead will only have about 5mil, but most recent quarter np oredi >2mil (projected = 8mil).....far higher than during coming period?...lol
Those stocks which are fundamentally weak perhaps the target of operators...but we need to investigate who are those operators (see what happended to vsolar, minda, sch, mnc and etc)...
anyway, be frank, psiptek fundamentally are not strong...if you closely look at the quarterly for past few years, you shall noted that they are surviving based on bank borrowing, per latest multiple proposal, the borrowing cost could be as high as 7.7%!!! somemore with some of those customer delay payment, you can see the amount owing from contract customers are unreasonable high!!!! these may be the reason stock being dumped!!!!
from another more horrible perspective, knowing the fundamental weaknesses, operators might purposely pressed down the price so as warrant bcum a useless paper!!!! this may persist until warrant expiry date!!! can be good and can be bad!!!!
but we need to form a group, so as our voices can be heard!!! there are some weaknesses in multiple proposal...if anyone interested to be part of the watch group...please reply here...we see how to move on!!!
masterus, we cant look at the NTA on surface, majority of the NTA made up of the amount owing from contract customer, which is a low quality asset which is having high risk of being written off!!! Foo dare no to tke legal action perhaps due to the background of those customer!!!....we need to ask them to disclose....we need a group to be strong!!!
Not convenience to disclose here!!!....anyway, inivited those interested to jointly file a complain to SC / request further clarification from management!!!

PETALING JAYA: The threshold for foreigners to purchase urban high-rise properties has been reduced from RM1mil to RM600,000 next year.
Speaking during his Budget 2020 speech in Parliament on Friday (Oct 11), Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng said this was to reduce supply overhang of condominiums and apartments amounting to RM8.3bil in the second quarter of 2019.
He said that to assist youths in purchasing their first home, the government will extend the Youth Housing Scheme administered by Bank Simpanan Nasional from Jan 1,2020, until Dec 31,2021.
"The scheme also offers a 10% loan guarantee through Cagamas to enable borrowers of full financing and RM200 monthly instalment assistance for the first two years limited to 10,000 home units," he said.
Lim said that lower-income groups were also assisted with purchasing their first home with the launch of "Fund for Affordable Home" by Bank Negara in January this year.

ARBB is a good example. When KYY saw its profit growth for its 2 consecutive quarters 2nd and 3rd quarter which complied with his golden rule, he might start to buy it.
He will start to sell as soon as he sees the company report less or reduce profit for 2 consecutive quarters. You must bear in mind that many company’s product or services are seasonal. He will not simply sell when he sees the company reported a reduced profit for 1 quarter because its product or services may be seasonal.
He will also sell if he can find a share which has a better profit growth prospect.
Note: No share can go up or come down continuously for whatever reason. After some time, it will correct itself as some investors will start to sell to take profit. After it has dropped for some time, some cash-rich investors will start to buy to push the price up again.
To be really successful, investors must also have some knowledge of financial and technical analysis, understanding of human nature and business sense.
In any case, I believe ARBB has a long way more to go.
