The project, which was awarded to PCB on June 25, 2019, is worth RM24.9 million. (please take note, why award on 25/6 only being announced on 20/9? ) what is the bursa announcement requirement for substantial value contract? management negligence? or when they fail to boost up price above 0.15 then they announce?

Prinsiptek: Enters JV to develop Langat 2 water treatment plant. Prinsiptek Corp (PCB)'s unit has teamed up with QSE Construction SB to develop the Langat 2 water treatment plant and water reticulation system in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur. The group said it has entered into a JV agreement with QSE for the project. "It is an opportunity for PCB Group to capitalise on its experience and expertise in construction projects, which is in line with PCB Group's strategy to develop and grow its construction segment," it said. The project, which was awarded to PCB is worth RM24.9m. PCB is entitled to 92.5% of the contract sum and will be funding the working capital for the project, while QSE will be the contract manager for the water treatment plant and water reticulation system. Prinsiptek Corporation Bhd has teamed up with QSE Construction Sdn Bhd to develop the Langat 2 water treatment plant and water reticulation system. It entered into a joint venture agreement (JVA) with QSE for the RM24.9 mln project.
Under the JVA, the parties will jointly undertake the project which was awarded by Pengurusan Aset Air Bhd. Prinsiptek is entitled to 92.5% of the contract sum. The JVA would be for 24 months and it would start operations immediately. (The Star Online)

What can this JV do? A big JV cannot move the counter. This is just a small JV. Perhaps, they need to come with something that can purify the air quality and chase away the haze.

As stock exchange is like a gambling. Sell and buy at your own risk. The when the warrant price rebound, sell it but the old fox may do opposite action like goreng it up and sell it to you. No right and wrong.

Earning per share is the same as any profitability or market prospect ratio. Higher earnings per share is always better than a lower ratio because this means the company is more profitable and the company has more profits to distribute to its shareholders.

masterus, there is no problem for psiptek to make money, biggest risks of the co are
(1) high amount owing from contract customers!!!!! too huge (if quality degrade bcum bad debt, habis)
(2) running out of cash
(3) creditor and bank waiting for them to pay

and the one i worry the most, sustainability of new bosses!!!! 10billion PA, malaysia bursa history!!!!
