I agree. They will gvie but verh low. All those cash pile there is to act as nuclear deterrence. If China glove company start to cut oruce aggressively, they will think twice, cuz Kossan got huge cash pile to fight it out. Same with all glovemakers. Keep billion billion in the bank to act as nuclear deterrence
