basically i think without catalyst this share can hardly move. If you look at its historical P/E, it is all single digit. The current P/E is more or less the highest. it has been capped unless there is any catalyst. No doubt its fundamentally strong, but the market just dont want to buy at higher price.

compared to Scientex, SKPRES PE is very low. Good track record for past 4 FY, a growth company if you look YoY, no debt, cash been growing, maybe it's time to diversify other business like scientex. :)
