Near term 45sen to 50sen, long term would be 80sen.Still depends on good news frm the monorail and petronas projects.Anyway, the gate keeper has come back frm his holiday.Hope he will open the gate tommorow then we all can drink Ah " Huat" white coffee. Huatlah...
