Present price already a false assumption, but to have at least 25% Margin Of Safety@Average MGS#4%! The Undervalued PE for GARP Strategy is below 20x EPS multiple. PE below 15x@Bargain Price. Value investing is Contrarian Investing. You know a company wz solid fundamental, future earnings growth prospects, n efficient management, you want to wait for price correction, that's the only chance to invest. Even though PENTA is my zero capital portfolio, the other one is VS, I am tempted to invest again if have huge discount@PEG*0.5 n PE@<15x. U never go wrong Investing in company having ROIC>12% n having at least CAGR@>15% EPS growth rate. Thanks...!!!

Sentiments are mixed, especially Bursa. GDP paints a blurr picture, election coming, strong ringgits, oil price volatility, n consumer spending are tightened. Plus funds managers protect their rate of return, bearish at present Momentum​. Time is ripe for some bargain hunting, especially some technology stocks. Good Luck...!!!
