I think it's reasonable to expect for at least 2-3 phases of development/expansion for the cluster, extending the new (substantial) revenue stream to at least 10 years. Theretofore, the uptrend of revenue is too far for any realistic guess.

Profits Margins...!!! There are 3 types of companies, you should invest. First is high Sales n high profit margins, Second is high Sales n low profit margins, Third is low sales n high profit margins. And the only one you mustn't invest is low Sales n low profit margins. Good Luck...!!!
