Don't Invest in company wz lots Cockroaches Rats, you can kill them, but somehow they will reappear n cause more problems. Even the best CEO n BOD also can't​ kill all of them. Their names will get tainted, but the business still the same. So what company we should Invest? Do your homework, n find out how many companies have ROIC of above 12%, to protect against you from companies using high leaverage. For Bank, n high assets company ROE should be above 12% n ROA should be above 1% n 5% respectively. Finally the business models n trends​, n whether the company has higher profit y-o-y, unless there is a recession or financial crisis. But for those who really understand its future earnings growth prospects, that's, you need lots of patience to win few pots of Gold or multiple baggers. Good Luck...!!!
