Price volume coming in strongly and poise to trend higher with good Q3 qtr result expected as business is vibrant from industry sources.

Revise FY 2021 EPS to 20 Sen from 16 to 18 Sen (1H 10.59 Sen). At forward PE 9 to 12, its valuation ranges from RM1.80 to RM2.40.

$CHINWEL - Breakout with strong volume, MCDX turned strong, FiFt Spike with no sign of divergence. Very bullish counter and should be able to continue its momentum. Seems to rest on key fibo lines.

One saying is that, China aims to reduce steel production while India cuts production due to oxygen supply heavily used in the icu.

But how can steel demand be reduced if recovery continues? This should be good news to Malaysian steel companies.
