Based on FR, net profit is higher due to lower operating expenses despite having higher revenue. This means better sales margin. Financial costs also drop by half in comparison to preceding year corresponding quarter. All this when calculated will lead to a better net profit for this quarter despite being tax higher.

1. The higher revenue and profit was mainly due to the increase in steel price. Hence, Profit Margin improved. You may see current year is higher profit margin in the 5 years time.

2. Based on company 2016 annual report there was stated 16,436,534 MYR Foreign Sales.
1Q17 = 2,986,000 MYR
2Q17 = 12,864,000 MYR
3Q17 11,981,000 MYR
So, Thanks to foreign demand, local demand also picking up. You may see current year is higher revenue in the 5 years time.
3. Profit also will hit higher in 5 years time.

All of these Revenue, Profit Margin and Profit will be hitting the 5 year highest soon....waiting for coming Q417. Don't you believe me ?
