Kai Won: it's risky but who knows?

Back in June it went as high as 0.3. That was one crazy time. It was super crazy because around 0.28-0.29, the mother was 2-3 sen away from 0.4 haha

Sardin81, it is free app. Good thing must share. The name of the app is KLSE screener. You can download from google play store. It got alert, notification, announcement, news , P&L and etc.

1st QR as at 31 Mar 2019 was released on 23 May 2019. The NTA was RM0.65 only.

If the periodic QRs are regulated to be released not later than 2 months after the cut-off date, then it will be released latest by the end of this month.

The NTA is usually reflected in the market value of the shares in the Exchange.

In the List of 30 largest shareholders, sum up all their shares, only 699M or less than 30% of the issued share Capital..even only 1 person controlling all these 30 entities, it is not even coming to 51% that justifying the majority in controlling a public listed company. This is unusual.

Dawneagle, yes 20 CDS each 3% come to 60% of the issued capital. Controlled KNM already.

In the latest AR, the 30th largest shareholder in the List , got 7M shares (0.3%), amazing.

If in the coming AR, 20 Germans appear in the List because each got 3% only, KNM shares will go very very high...

The 3rd largest shareholder only got 2.81%, even less than 3%. It can be an easy target for takeover.

Likely the coming QR is a profitable one. It will be very risky if the price go down because, the parties with a takeover intention can buy cheaply and materialized faster IF there are.

Even if the Germans wanted to control, no one would prefer to sell cheaply.

Maintain Hold to bullish

Reason being
1) 2nd Q is impressive due to increase Asian MKT
2) Possibility price control btw 0.35-0.40c to avoid take over by others. So it just a safe heaven like Gold
3) Gov will make announcement for wte
4) knm will list borsig on SGx for 3rd reason based on 1st reason unless Lee want to do another warrant issue to raise fund If 2nd Q really fall into losses
5) push mother for warrant conversion

Either one of the reason will boost the price. Safe like Gold :)

Aiyo if price want go down that time drop until 0.33c should keep drop below 0.30c already, why return back to 0.40c?

Why everyday price up or down only 0.05c?
Bcos General Lee is supporting it, so u bilis don't panic n sell all together. If price keep drop Lee hv to use a lot money to buy back. If price maintain n keep going up (if really happen) Lee don't need use his pocket money to buy the share. That time fund mgr will accumulate.
Simple as that. Aiyoyo said many time already, highest possibility fund mgr already in also now.

Now Lee only do his job by using little money to support it instead of a chunk of money to buy from low again

28/06 - spike
29/07 - hit high price
28/08 will be the key for price movement.

All will settle after 28th
