BORSIG GmbH signs contract for sale of BORSIG ZM Compression GmbH.
Berlin, August 2019.
BORSIG GmbH signed a purchase contract on 27.08.2019 for the sale of its subsidiary BORSIG ZM Compression GmbH ("BZM"). Buyer is an INGC Group company Iskra-Neftegaz Compressor Limited Liability Company, "INGC", Russian Federation. The purchase contract is to be completed later this year.

Since 2004 the company BZM in Meerane has been part of the BORSIG Group, headquartered in Berlin. During this time, the company has developed into a globally active specialist supplier for reciprocating and integrally geared centrifugal compressors. INGC is active, inter alia, in the compressor business on the Russian market. The sale to INGC will provide BZM with targeted access to the important market in Russia and the CIS. This also includes the possibility to carry out individual production steps, such as final assembly, locally, which is more and more a prerequisite for successful market access. This is intended to secure and expand BZM's business in the long term. The sale is also part of BORSIG´s strategy of further expanding its longstanding successful core business units and its product portfolio through targeted new developments and acquisitions in other future-oriented areas

@sardin81 I know some of you have no confidence based on past bad experience. If you continue to think like that, how can you make money in the future ?

Just look at the number of projects they won in the past 11 month, every single month they win at least one project ( we have never seen this kind of announcement in the past )... Go and dig out the entire KLSE, how many company are able to secure so many international grade projects in the past 11 month ?

KNM is not like any ordinary companies, KNM owns 100% of BORSIG. BORSIG is a proven world class German Engineering company, one of the best in the world. They may not shown much in the past few years, it does not mean they will not show more in the future. One fact that nobody can deny is that, BORSIG has the ability to compete against anyone n the world. Competitive Edge in very important in any business... and KNM has it with BORSIG.

Those projects are not all that is KNM has more income sources than these new projects in 2019 ( until Nov ).

3. Revenue from Impress Ethanol ( should be at least RM150 million )
4. Balance from old projects ( not sure, lazy to dig )
5. Parts and maintenance job by other KNM subsidiaries ( not sure, lazy to dig )

After the item 1 to 3.. the balance item 4 and 5 lazy to dig, With just 1 to 3 plus all the new projects, KNM revenue is more than enough for this year.

We can still buy KNM this cheap because many people are still having their doubts on KNM because of bad past experience. This is a great opportunity for us.

What if KNM continue to disappoint us ? This time it is very different. We can clearly see, things are already in place and will not be same like in the past. KNM is ready to move forward strongly. If you wait until everyone's doubt about KNM is broken and KNM to proof itself, it will be too late to buy, KNM will be more than RM3.

As for risk, you are safe with KNM. KNM only have RM1.5 billion borrowings, even Impress Ethanol alone will worth more than RM1.5 billion by now ( fully operational ). Peterborough WTE is worth at least RM2 billion. What risk do you have ? We dont even need to look at BORSIG. If you insist must look at BORSIG...

KNM owns 100% of BORSIG GROUP, bought at RM1.7 billion long time ago, if you look at BORSIG ZM ( one unit inside BORSIG )... the initial investment for BORSIG ZM was RM500,000, when sold, it is RM130,000,000... that is a whooping 26000% increase in value for BORSIG ZM.

A subsidiary inside BORSIG GROUP has increased 26000%, We dont even need to have BORSIG GROUP to increase by 26000%, just take a small fraction of it and do a simple estimate of the current value of BORSIG GROUP from its initial investment RM1.7 billion ?

Some of you look at NTA to value a company.

Remember this is an Engineering company, it is not like property company. If you build houses, once sold.. end of story. BUT factory engineering works.. once completed.. it will have parts replacement, maintenance work.. still plenty of money to be made after you make your initial money.

Engineering company do not own alot of land and physical properties, NTA may be small but the actual value of the company is very much bigger, they have things like future supply of parts, factory maintenance and etc.. all these will all be taken into account ( which is not recorded in the NTA )

For example BORSIG ZM... how much NTA ? NTA for their land and factory is probably worth less than RM30 million but when sold, it is sold for RM130 million.

See the point ? So for engineering companies, NTA is not a good measurement of the company worth. NTA is only good for plantation and property companies... so, do not worry about small NTA of KNM.

1.Who has profit, may sell half and buy back later.
2.Who has small paper lost, may cut half and wait at next support to average.
3.Who intent to buy, may wait at another support price or let KNM break 47 cents and perform good support.

Me:
I love to see panic selling this week and i will wait some at 40cents or reversal trend which will occur once the volume is very huge. Of course i will buy WB.

wzsatu-buy 26.once break 27 cents, affirmative next price is 30cents.

I attended my Serba Dinamik Interceptor AGM yesterday, I asked this question to the CEO of Serba about whether his interest in SCIB and Kpower has any conflicts of interest with his business in Serba. He said NO. He is bounded by ethics and code of conduct by Bursa and he plan to stick to this rule.

I believe Serba has already denied about their interest in KNM Flying Dutchman sometime ago.

I believe if there's merger it could be in line with the current business he is holding and currently both are doing well since he took interest in it. This is my understanding.

Yesterday we, the shareholders of Serba approved Serba Board Proposal to reward all their existing shareholders with Share split, Bonus issues and Free Warrant. Soon KNM will too if you remain loyal to this company.. I believe General Lee has the same aspirations as Abdul Karim. Both are down to earth and really knows their business..
