Cost = rm89 mil

Operational cost = rm42 mil

Operational yrs = 5

Profit/yr = (rm180 mil - rm89 mil - rm42 mil)/5 =rm10 mil

No of shares = 400 mil

Eps per year = rm10 mil / 400 mil = rm 0.025

At 1.20 PE = 1.20/0.025 = 48

Conclusion: Sell. Grossly overvalued.
