Ny036.. Anytime can convert. Just pay the cheque for the rm3 (per share unit) conversion fee. So if you own 5000 warrants, you just cut a cheque for 15k. Takes around 8 working days and you will see the converted mother shares in your Cds.

Warrant was trading as low as 11.14 today. Imagine u got the 11.14, pay to convert to mother. Effectively you have a 14.14 mother share in your hands already while mother closed at 15.14 today. Free profit.

At current prices of 60833 yuan/tonne and production of 72000 tonnes/year, this equates to almost RM2.8 billion a year at current prices.

With operating expenses of RM640 million/year, the profit is almost RM2.1 billion a year.

This gives an EPS of RM10.31!
