@JConnor, 3rd quarter projection is too high. Silicon Metal price only start to move. Q4 will do well.
I think Q3 can hit 20mil plus consider very good.

U also forget that they might have long term contracts that the price already lock in. Might need to wait for contract expire only can see the good profit.

@Ahahah. True what you said regarding the contracts. May not be reflected immediately. Was basing on 20000 yuan/tonne and full production capacity. Guess we will have to wait till the results are out. Q4 should be good!

Think you may be right on this. Read some other companies have a blend of these contracts and index based prices.

In the agm, management said that there were some forward contracts but nothing material. Nevertheless the full financial benefits will truly be reflected in Fy 22. We are talking of multi bagger jumps in earnings.

If company fundamental is strong,no need to worry it will drop...most of them compare with last year glove shares.....gloves shares dropped due to oversupply becos a few new companies started to venture in the glove industries...tis industry different lo...I don't know y ppl don't want to do homework before investing...
